How much do you charge?

Whether it's washing or ironing, all bags are weighed and charged accordingly (fussy or more difficult items may be charged separately).
Do you charge for delivery?
Answer
No, delivery and collection is free (minimum order £25).
Can you collect from my work place?
Answer
Yes, no problem. We can collect from your work place or home at times to suit you.
How quickly will you deliver my laundry back?
Answer
We will safely deliver your laundry to your suitable location within 24 hours.
How flexible is your service?
Answer
We can cater for all your laundry requirements, such as Wash, Dry & Iron / Wash and Dry / Iron only.
If I need my ironing to be done the same day, do you offer an express service?
Answer
We usually can provide an 'Express Same Day Service' with orders received by 8:30 am. If you can't make it on time, please still get in touch with us and we will try our best to help.
Do you do bedding as well as clothes?
Answer
Yes, we cater for bedding, towels, curtains, etc as well as clothes.
Do you do clothing alterations and repairs?
Answer
Unfortunately we don't, but we can introduce you to a local skilled lady who does.
Do you do dry cleaning?
Answer
We don't offer a dry cleaning service, but we can introduce a local dry cleaner for you.
Can I have my ironing done without hangers?
Answer
Of course, you can. We will simply fold and wrap them up for you.
